Barak

In this sermon on Hebrews 11:32, Pastor Wayne Surface explores why God honored Barak in His Hall of Faith—a man who seemed afraid to go to battle without the prophetess Deborah. Through the account in Judges 4-5, Wayne reveals that God doesn’t look for people strong in their own strength, but for those strong in the Lord. The three greatest abilities God seeks are availability, dependability, and responsibility. This message challenges us to offer ourselves to God, break cycles of sin, and trust Him when facing overwhelming circumstances.
