Rebellion Against God and His Anointed Week 5

In this sermon on Psalm 2, we examine humanity’s rebellion against God and His unchanging decree. The passage reveals how individuals and political systems set themselves against the Lord and His anointed—Jesus Christ and His followers. We explore the futility of standing against God’s sovereign plan, God’s laughter at those who oppose Him, and the promise that every knee will bow to Christ as King. This royal psalm reminds us that despite earthly opposition, God’s purpose will be fulfilled, and Christ will ultimately rule all nations.
