Jephthah

In this sermon from the Broken series, Wayne Surface examines the life of Jephthah from Judges 11 and Hebrews 11:32. Despite being rejected by his family as the son of a harlot, Jephthah became a mighty man of valor who trusted God and kept his vows. Learn what it means to be a mighty man or woman of God—standing against the odds, refusing to quit, defending what God has given you, and remaining loyal. Most importantly, discover that God doesn’t judge by outward appearance or circumstances, and that keeping God’s promises is more important than making our own.
