Hopeth

In this message on love and hope, Pastor Wayne Surface explores what it means to truly hope in Christ when circumstances don’t change and people disappoint us. Drawing from 1 Corinthians 13:7 and other scriptures, he explains the difference between faith and hope, and how our hope must be rooted not in people or situations, but in God’s faithfulness and grace. When we’ve believed the best in someone and extended patience, yet see no change, hope calls us to trust that God will either change our situation or change us. Pastor Surface encourages believers to move from passive waiting to active faith—preparing, working, and believing God for transformation while anchoring our deepest hope in eternal salvation through Christ.
