Be Strong in Grace: A Soldier’s Charge

Todd Bean shares his testimony of church planting and discipleship in Zambia, highlighting how Paul’s charge to Timothy in 2 Timothy 2:1-4 applies to believers today. From planting Calvary Baptist Churches in remote villages to developing faithful leaders like Oswald Zulu, Dan Wanza, and Asan Zulu, Pastor Bean illustrates the importance of being strengthened in God’s grace, committing truth to faithful men, enduring hardship as a soldier, and staying undistracted by worldly affairs. He emphasizes how the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and self-control—are evidence of a life lived in grace and obedience to Christ.
